- Proof of purchase required
How to Return or Exchange

- Step 2: Share order number and product photos
- Step 3: We verify and arrange pickup
- Step 4: Exchange or refund processed within 3–5 days
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been worn, washed, or used
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Clearance sale items (marked as final sale)
- Requests after the 7-day window
Damaged or Wrong Items
Contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
